The Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge is also well worth a visit when you are RV camping at Destiny RV Resort.

It was recognized with the Lone Star Land Steward award by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The Hardwicke Interpretive Center features exhibits, information, and programs. There is an extensive trail system with a downloadable map. Guided and self-guided tours are available.

Lovely park with access to highways around Dallas. Big level spots. Picnic tables, small grill at most sites. 40ft fiver no problem in premium and gold spaces. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Batman gives it 4 paws for huge dog area. Not fenced but that was OK for well trained 4 leggeds.

Linda was very helpful in getting us set up for our space. And the manager made my day because we saw another space that we really liked and she let us move in that spot with more room. My husband and I are very happy we moved here. Not only did they do well in assisting us getting settled in. The neighbor next to us was kind enough to help us and was very friendly as well. People are nice here, they greet you and talk to you.

Awesome park to stay in. Easy on and off I35e and close to everything. Added plus, the staff is great. I especially love Ms Linda! She is one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Even though I live in Florida now, I always look forward to coming back to stay at Destiny to visit family and Ms Linda.
